Minnesota’s Teens Healthier, But Racial Gap Detected   Overall, Minnesotans ages 12 to 19 are doing better now than that age group did in the 1990s when it comes to smoking, binge drinking, limiting sexual activity, assaulting another person, having a weapon at school, drinking soda and using seat belts in vehicles.

Data Breaches Cost Health Care $7B Annually    An annual study on patient privacy and data security determined that a  whopping 94 percent of the 80 participating healthcare organizations experienced  at least one data breach that they were aware of in the past two years; 45  percent of those organizations said they experienced more than five incidents  during that time.
