The Minnesota Nurses Association (MNA) is a member-driven labor union with offices in Saint Paul and Duluth. It is comprised of 22,000 Registered Nurses (RNs) and other healthcare professionals in Minnesota, Wisconsin, North Dakota, and Iowa.
Since its founding in 1905, MNA’s mission is to promote the professional, economic, and personal well-being of nurses; to uphold and advance excellence, integrity, and autonomy in the practice of nursing; and to advocate for quality care that is accessible and affordable for patients and consumers. We achieve this mission through collective action in the workplace and at the State Capitol.
