The more nurses are ready to stand together, the stronger their union will be. If your workplace is currently non-union, check out this page to learn how you can change that. Regardless of whether or not your workplace is currently union, there are many different ways to join MNA, access resources, be part of the conversations that union nurses are having, and strengthen your connection to union power! Here are some membership types:
- Registered Nurse (RN) in an MNA facility
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in an MNA facility
- Non-nurse professional in an MNA facility
- Non-nurses including janitorial, food service, data entry, filing clerk
- Non-collective bargaining: RNs who work in hospitals not represented by MNA with full membership access
- Associate Membership for those RNs who are not represented by MNA for collective bargaining who wish to have access to MNA for limited activities
- Student nurses enrolled in an RN program are also eligible for Associate Membership
- Honorary
