One-on-one organizing conversations are the cornerstone of building strong, engaged unions. This training provides participants with the skills to connect with members, address their concerns, and inspire action. Through practical exercises, participants will learn how to motivate others and build collective power. (2.0 contact hours)

NOTE: Bargaining units may also request in-person training through their Labor Relations Specialist, with the option to include members from nearby facilities.
