Negotiating contracts is a critical function of union leadership, and every bargaining team member has a vital role to play. This training provides participants with a deep understanding of the bargaining process, strategies for amplifying member voices, and techniques for planning and executing effective negotiation campaigns. NOTE: Bargaining units may also request in-person training through their Labor Relations Specialist, with the option to include members from nearby facilities.
