Internal conflicts can undermine union solidarity if left unaddressed. This training focuses on equipping members with the tools to navigate disputes constructively and maintain a united front. Participants will engage in role-playing and problem-solving exercises to strengthen their conflict resolution skills. (2.0 contact hours)

NOTE: Bargaining units may also request in-person training through their Labor Relations Specialist, with the option to include members from nearby facilities.
