Stewards are the backbone of union representation. They play a critical role in advocating for members and ensuring contractual rights are upheld. This training is specifically tailored to empower both new and experienced stewards with practical skills, confidence, and the knowledge needed to excel in their roles. Through hands-on activities and real-life scenarios, participants will explore best practices for handling grievances, representing members in meetings, and navigating the challenges of workplace advocacy..
