Chairs are the elected leaders of bargaining units, and their leadership is key to building and sustaining strong and effective bargaining unit. Leaders will learn about MNA structure, leadership strategies, managing difficulty conversions, and how to develop and maintain internal programs to advance bargaining unit goals.
