To equip union representatives with the skills to identify, assess, and resolve workplace conflict in a way that enforces the contract, protects member rights, and preserves solidarity—while preventing informal resolutions that weaken the union. (2.0 contact hours)
 
NOTE: Bargaining units may also request in-person training through their Labor Relations Specialist, with the option to include members from nearby facilities.
