Effective communication is the foundation of a strong union. The CAT training focuses on creating a robust communication network within the union to ensure members are informed, engaged, and mobilized around key issues. Participants will learn to build structures that facilitate two-way communication, foster member participation, and drive successful union actions. (2.5 contact hours)

NOTE: Bargaining units may also request in-person training through their Labor Relations Specialist, with the option to include members from nearby facilities.
