Gather virtually with fellow MNA nurses on Monday, February 14 at 9 a.m. for a townhall event with special guests, Governor Tim Walz, Senator Erin Murphy and Representative Liz Olson.
Attend the townhall event and listen as nurses share their stories of the retention crisis in hospitals. You’ll also have an opportunity to discuss the Keeping Nurses at the Bedside Act with bill authors Sen. Erin Murphy and Rep. Liz Olson.
The Virtual Townhall event will kick off MNA’s Virtual Week on the Hill, where members will be virtually meeting with their legislators throughout the week to discuss the staffing retention crisis and other issues nurses are currently facing at the bedside.

MNA’s Day on the Hill is an opportunity for MNA members to learn about the organization’s legislative priorities, network with other members and MNA leaders, and meet virtually with their local legislators to discuss key issues important to the nursing profession and the communities they serve. The meetings will start Monday, February 14th and will go throughout the week.
