Power to Heal
Join MNA members and community allies for a presentation of Power to Heal, an hour-long public television documentary that tells a poignant chapter in the historic struggle to secure equal and adequate access to healthcare for all Americans. Central to the story is the tale of how a new national program, Medicare, was used to mount a dramatic, coordinated effort that desegregated thousands of hospitals across the county in a matter of months.
Please RSVP by September 23, 2019! To find out more about the film, please visit www.blbfilmproductions.com. Hope you can join us!
Event is sponsored by MNA’s Governmental Affairs Commission and Racial Diversity.
