In these online sessions, we will focus on what the Organizing Conversation is and the components of an organizing conversation. Then we’ll learn how to start these conversations and find out what issues nurses care most about with role plays. The same class will be offered three times, and is open to any MNA member who is interested in joining together with coworkers to have a voice at work.
