Article VI – Board of Directors., Section 8. Disciplinary Action.
The MNA Board shall establish and maintain a complaint procedure which shall make provisions for fair hearing, appeal, and reinstatement. No such action shall be taken against a member until such member shall have been served written specific charges, given reasonable time to prepare a defense, and an opportunity for a full and fair hearing. Members shall be subject to reprimand, censure, fine, suspension, or expulsion from MNA for:
E. Working behind a picket line established by MNA in a primary dispute with the employer, provided the member is a member of any bargaining unit represented by MNA for bargaining purposes.
