Join your fellow nurses in pressuring legislators to support the Keeping Nurses at the Bedside Act!
With a pro-nurse majority at the state legislature, the time is NOW to pass the Keeping Nurses at the Bedside Act (KNABA) and ensure hospitals are required to set safe staffing ratios. To do this, our legislators need to hear from nurses how important it is that we pass this legislation. Members will be calling other nurses and asking them to leave messages to their legislator in support of KNABA. MNA staff will train everyone before calls begin to ensure you have all the tools for meaningful conversations. Phonebanking can be done in-person or virtually.
